Speed & Power is a generic program in that it is not specific to any one sport, but it actually covers many, if not all. This program has had athletes from figure skating to MMA, tennis and parkour and has been an integral program for building overall athleticism.

The sessions in this free trial are from our Starter Program, which are perfect for someone starting on a plyometric specific training program. After our Starter Program the intensity increases in the app with our Intermediate, Advanced and Advanced+ options.

Week 1 & 2 of our Movement Series is also included in this free trial. This simple addition to your training is enjoyed by a lot of our athletes and is a great way to prime the body for a week of dynamic movement.
